 Verizon, the largest local phone service provider in the USA, offers a very wide range of products on their web site, as well as customer service functionality such as electronic bill view and bill pay. Their site is a key strategic tool to generate incremental revenues and reduce costs.
Verizon was anxious to have customers register online to take advantage of the site's functionality. WSO was hired to help achieve that goal. We worked closely with the Marketing and Development teams to streamline the registration process and promote the simpler methods. Registrations are up by 70% per month since the implementation.
WSO also successfully partnered with the Verizon web site development team to reduce cart abandonment rates for the online ordering process of their key strategic products
