 Sports Coverage is one of the leading manufacturers of bedding and bedroom accessories bearing the colors and logos of professional and college sports teams. They provide products to big-box retailers and independent web sites alike, but in all cases, their customers were complaining about issues with the cumbersome ordering process online. Web Site Optimizers was recommended to them by a colleague, and they approached us to design and develop a cusom B2B online ordering system.
WSO's custom web solution development group met with the key stakeholders at Sports Coverage to identify the requirements quickly. By working with those closest to the customers and to the system itself, we were able to accurately assess the main issues with the old site, and design a new ordering system that not only would make things easier for Sports Coverage's customers, but also streamline their own order fulfillment processes.
