Just Brakes
 Just Brakes operates around 150 brake service centers in the southern US. The maintenance of their web site was already outsourced, but there were several service issues from their vendor. Updates were taking too long to be made, and communication was poor. Plus, they wanted some enhancements made to the functionality of the web site.
Referred by one of our clients, they approached WSO for help. We took over their web site management in 2007, saving them money in the process. Their requested updates are now made on a very timely basis, and they’re happy to be kept informed of the status of everything.

WSO has acted as a liaison between Just Brakes and other vendors to add increased functionality to the web site, such as the Store Locator application on the site and improved statistics reporting. We have also added dynamic aspects to the site to provide for a richer customer experience.
