 The Dallas/Fort Worth Association of Mortgage Brokers was spending too much money on administrative tasks associated with processing credit cards. They had a very functional site that provided members with news of upcoming events, continuing education, and other information. However, to register for a class or sign up to attend an event, members had to phone the Association office, receive a faxed form to fill out, and fax it back with credit card information. This was not only inconvenient for members, but it took up a lot of time from the Association's administrative staff.
